Ben Sullivan

Benjamin grew up in a family of builders, engineers and designers from Houston, Texas. His interest in design, art and architecture began at an early age when he was in junior high school reading his mother’s interior design textbooks, and often doing the assigned projects.

By his mid-20’s, his travels had taken him around the globe where he honed in on his keen sense of design.

After leaving Texas, Benjamin created KBC Interiors in Palm Springs in 2012. Using his trademark splashes of color, Benjamin created a showroom that focuses on kitchens, baths and closets that improve the comfort, function and resale value of a home.

With Benjamin’s family background of builders, he keeps a close eye on the real estate market and closely advises his clients on the appropriate amount of investment in upgrades.

After the success of his showroom in Palm Springs, he moved to an expanded space on El Paseo in Palm Desert to better serve the entire valley. With his new showroom, he made it a priority to be the only fully functional showroom. All of his kitchen and bathroom displays are hooked up to plumbing and electrical, so you see how the shower, tub, toilet and cooking stoves operate.

Benjamin likes to buy local when possible and gives back to the community by supporting the Palm Springs Art Museum, Modernism Week, The Modern Committee and Desert Aids Project.

Benjamin’s designs truly reflect the lifestyle of each individual client, and prides himself in choosing timeless designs with the most state-of-the-art efficiency upgrades.
